Incoming senior studying Materials Science and Engineering. Discovered passion for metallurgy in middle school through knife quenching. Currently researches oxidation and deformation of high-temperature Mo-Nb alloys for aerospace applications. Completed internship at Oshkosh Corporation and summer research at Karlsruhe Institute für Technologie in Germany. Plans to pursue PhD in physical metallurgy or additive manufacturing with career goals in aerospace or energy production industries.
